Kerja Kosong Customer Service cum Test Administrator in Bayan Lepas
Description :
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and receive visitors coming to the office
- Answering queries and incoming calls
- Handle validation of parking tickets
- Prepare monthly parking ticket validation report
- Handle postages and courier services
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence (faxes & mails)
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness in the office and classrooms
- Handle test administration Prepare monthly exam report
- Coordinate training administration
- Print attendance certificates for customers
- Handle office refreshment
- Maintain office supply inventories
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
- Handle office administration (office stationeries, office keys, staff attendance system & etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
