Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
To create sales order for aeronautical charges (landing, parking, aerobridge, check-in counter, passenger service charge and passenger security service charge).
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
- Issuance of Credit/Debit Note as and when necessary.
- To provide assistance to Officer in handling aeronautical charges disputes raised by airlines.
- To submit Sales Order Monthly Report.
- IMS and 5S executor.
- To ensure and maintain close relationship with airlines/ground-handlers.
- To ensure tasks given by Head is completed timely and neatly.
- To perform other tasks as per directed as and when required.

Ensure data are correct and datelines are met.

- Good exposure to the aviation/airline industry.
- Highly customer-oriented.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, well-organized, dedicated and result-oriented.
- Good time management skills.
- Good teamwork skills.
- Willing to take on added responsibilities as and when necessary.
Relevant Industries
- Must achieve and maintain the following performance rating for two (2) consecutive years of at least Exceptional / A or Outstanding / B; and Minimum Meet Expectations / C
- The employee must not be subjected to disciplinary punishments except for disciplinary counselling, caution, reminder & warning for the past 36 consecutive months immediately preceding the promotion
Education
- SPM Certificate with:
- Bahasa Malaysia - Credit
- English - Pass
- Mathematics - Credit
