Summary
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to our guests. The Hostess is responsible to assist with receiving guests in the hotel's restaurants, manages the inventory of the outlet, and assists our colleagues whenever necessary.
Qualifications
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years' work experience in hotel operations.
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Permanent Resident of Malaysia and Malaysian Citizen.
