Description :
- Assist Operation Dept in daily operations.
- Responding to sales queries via phone, email, fax and other communication tools.
- Work closely with the internal team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Carrying out administrative tasks such as cashier job , prepare delivery documents, daily sales reports, sales transactions, correspondences with customer , support on logistic arrangement , support on operation dept required report ,filing documents, etc.
