Kerja Kosong Accountant in Chemor

Description :

General Ledger Maintenance

- Preparation of monthly journals for accruals of expenses/ prepayment/ purchase/ reclassification of accounts/ adjustment etc. with supporting documents.

- Ensure all general ledgers accounts is properly recorded in accordance to accounts nature.

- Maintenance of General Ledger master accounts (creation/ deletion/ update of account name/ accounts grouping etc.)

- Responsible for reviewing contra of AP/AR if any.

Fixed Asset Management

- Ensure all Capital Expenditure is authorized prior start of monthly depreciation.

- Ensure best estimate of economic useful life prior start of monthly depreciation.

- Ensure depreciation is expensed on timely basis and no under/ over depreciation.

- Ensure all fixed asset are physically tagged for easy identification.

- Ensure maintenance of proper and complete FA register.

- Ensure all purchase invoice of FA is kept intact in FA master file.

Stocks Management

- Collect monthly stock take information from production dept and perform month end stock valuation.

- Coordinate and lead the yearly stock take with external auditor.

- Prepare and analyse product costing for all products upon request by the management for review.

- Any other matters pertaining to stock controls.

Management Analysis Reporting

- Responsible for financial reporting of Excelvite Sdn. Bhd. including all analysis requires by the management.

- Preparation of monthly/ yearly management accounts for management review and for audit purpose.

- Responsible for statutory audit of financial statement.

Income Tax Reporting

- Prepare and compile schedule required by the tax agents for finalization of income tax for each year of assessment.

- Ensure tax agent submit tax assessment on prompt basis (i.e.: yearly tax computation, CP204/CP2204A, Form C etc.)

- Ensure timely payment of scheduled monthly income tax payments.

- Any other matters pertaining to corporate income tax issues.

Control & Procedures

- Assist in implementation and reinforcement of control & procedures

Communication

- Liaise professionally & prompt communicate with customers/ inter-departments personnel/ external auditors/ superiors etc. on information relating on sales/ accounts receivables.

Others

- Any other ad-hoc tasks/ assignments given by superiors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,969.75 - RM7,326.59 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • CPA (Preferred)
