Jawatan Kosong Customer Service Executive in Senai

Description :

1. Responsible for dealers’ online ticketing enquiry solution as following:-

1.1. Part activation

1.2. check part availability

1.3. Order Management (placing orders / order cancellation)

1.4. checking on claim submission/ claim status

1.5. check and release blocked orders

1.6. system problems escalation to relevant IT support team

2. Portrays positive teamwork.

3. Fulfillment of assigned projects, in line with management requirements.

Requirements:

· Customer service and shipping / dispatch control experience

· Familiar with international trade, freight forwarding processing and documentation

· Knowledge about international freight regulations (i.e. IATA) and dangerous goods dispatch requirements

· Diploma in Business Administration or Diploma in Transport/Logistics or its equivalent

· Fluent in English both writing and speaking. Able to speak Mandarin is added advantage.

· Must be versatile working with computer system processes

· Good communication and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
