Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager in to lead our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing branch operations and achieving sales targets.
Position available for below areas :
- 1) Kuantan - Pahang
- 2) Rahang - Negeri Sembilan.
- 3) Bukit Baru - Melaka.
- 4) Kluang, Parit Yaani, Gambir, Tangkak - Johor
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficient functioning
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals and targets
- Manage and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for senior management
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in software applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, words & Power Point)
- Proven sales and customer service experience
- 1 - 2 years experience in retail management
