Kerja Kosong Human Resources in Alor Setar
Description :
Responsibility:
- Responsible for day-to-day administration including providing general administrative support and data entry in record-keeping.
- Handle office tasks such as documentation and generating reports including tender submissions.
- Working closely with the Sales and Support Team to provide administrative support
- Answer & make phone calls to follow up on client servicing matters and claims matters.
- Handling Vendor system such as (EP,TM,TNB,ARIBA ,FGV Others).
- Other related responsibilities & ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Job requirements:-
- Minimum SPM and above. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Initiative and able to work independently.
- Able to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
- Able to work 6 days in a week and based in HQ JBM Success, Alor Setar.
