Kerja Kosong Human Resources in Alor Setar

Description :

Responsibility:

  • Responsible for day-to-day administration including providing general administrative support and data entry in record-keeping.
  • Handle office tasks such as documentation and generating reports including tender submissions.
  • Working closely with the Sales and Support Team to provide administrative support
  • Answer & make phone calls to follow up on client servicing matters and claims matters.
  • Handling Vendor system such as (EP,TM,TNB,ARIBA ,FGV Others).
  • Other related responsibilities & ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Job requirements:-

  • Minimum SPM and above. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Initiative and able to work independently.
  • Able to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
  • Able to work 6 days in a week and based in HQ JBM Success, Alor Setar.
