Jawatan Kosong ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE in Kuala Lumpur
Description :
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts and generate relevant reports
- Monitor the companys cash flow, funding and budget allocation
- Control and manage end-to-end financial processes in support of the account which includes collections, payments and monthly/year-end close activities
- Ensure all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are in full compliance with company policy and adhere to local statutory laws and regulations.
- Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems
- Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system
- Process monthly claims submitted by employees in accordance to companys policies
- Liaise with External Auditors, Tax Agent, Legal, Bankers and etc.
- Coordinate with Director and Accounts Department (Regional SG HQ) to manage all finance/account matters.
- Assist on any accounts related ad-hoc tasks required by other departments
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ ACCA or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in Finance/Account
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Committed, analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skill, meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A team player with high degree of honesty and integrity
