Jawatan Kosong General Clerk in Kota Kinabalu

Description :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general clerical assistance, including data entry, filing and managing correspondences;
  • Organise and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible;
  • Accurately input and update information in databases;
  • Familiar with UBS system;
  • Answer calls;
  • Assist clients and internal staff with inquiries and requests;
  • Track and order office supplies as needed; and
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administration is a plus;
  • Proven experience in clerical or administrative role is preferred;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Words, Excel, Outlook) and UBS system;
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to details;
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team; and
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Required)

Experience:

  • clerical / administrative: 2 years (Required)
