Jawatan Kosong General Clerk in Kota Kinabalu
Description :
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general clerical assistance, including data entry, filing and managing correspondences;
- Organise and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible;
- Accurately input and update information in databases;
- Familiar with UBS system;
- Answer calls;
- Assist clients and internal staff with inquiries and requests;
- Track and order office supplies as needed; and
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administration is a plus;
- Proven experience in clerical or administrative role is preferred;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Words, Excel, Outlook) and UBS system;
- Strong organisational skills and attention to details;
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team; and
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Experience:
