Description :
Position: Restaurant Supervisor (for NON-HALAL RESTAURANT)
Location: Sutera Avenue, Sembulan.
Job responsibilities:
- Fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, service supervision, and quality control of dishes.
- Formulate and implement the restaurant's marketing strategy to enhance the restaurant's visibility and turnover.
- Handle customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train and coach staff to improve team service level and work efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Academic qualification: Minimum SPM
- Able to communicate in Mandarin.
- At least 2 years’ experience in restaurant management and familiar with restaurant operation process.
- Possess excellent leadership and team building skills.
- Possess good communication and co-ordination skills and resilience.
- Have a strong sense of marketing and customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Work Location: In person
