Job Responsibilities for Network Engineering (Fresh Grad / Junior / Associate / Interns

1: Network Infrastructure Support and Project

• Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues.
• Assist in network documentation and updating network diagrams.
• Participate in network equipment installation and configuration.

2: Network Security Support and Project

• Assist in implementing and maintaining network security policies and procedures.
• Support vulnerability scanning and patching processes.
• Participate in security incident response activities.
• Assist in developing security awareness materials for employees.

3: Network Monitoring and Analysis

• Monitor network performance and identify potential issues.
• Analyze network traffic patterns and generate reports.
• Assist in capacity planning and network optimization.

4: Network Design and Implementation

• Participate in network design projects and create network diagrams.
• Assist in the configuration of network devices and services.
• Support the implementation of new network technologies and solutions.

5: Cloud Infrastructure Support

• Assist in managing and maintaining cloud-based network infrastructure.
• Support the migration of workloads to the cloud.
• Troubleshoot cloud-related network issues.

6: Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation.
• Prepare network-related reports and presentations.
• Assist in creating knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.

7: Project Support

• Assist in network-related projects and initiatives.
• Provide technical support for project teams.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for network equipment and services.

8: Research and Development

• Research emerging network technologies and trends.
• Conduct proof-of-concept tests for new network solutions.
• Assist in developing new network services and offerings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
