Description :

Job Description

  • Provides administrative support to the General Manager (GM) such as handling paperwork, documentation, printing, and maintaining a clean and organized office area.
  • Arrange and manage the GM’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and important events while keeping the GM updated with reminders.
  • Assisting with private and confidential matters related to the department.
  • Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, meetings, and conferences for the GM
  • Managing correspondence/email, and reports, and assisting the GM as required.
  • Assist GM in day-to-day business activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and some other IT knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal and people skills.
  • Able and eager to self-learn, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Good in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
