Job Description:
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness or purchase orders and information.
- Maintaining supplier records and database.
- Assisting with budget tracking and expense reporting.
Requirements:
- Experience in general administrative tasks
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- A diploma, bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification is required.
- Must be capable in writing and speaking of English and Mandarin.
