Description :
What We’re Looking For:-
- Diploma/Degree in Science/Engineering/Manufacturing or relevant studies preferred
- Preferably at least 3 years proven working experience in printing & plastic film manufacturing sector
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Provides manufacturing information to management by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analysing production performance records and data.
- Collaborating with the operations and logistics teams to develop production plans and schedules based on demand forecasts, available resources, and production capacity.
- Develop and implement a production schedule to meet production targets and deadlines
- Monitor production processes and adjust the schedule as needed to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular reports for management review
- Documents all procedures and processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
