Jawatan Kosong Executive Customer Service CDZ Import in Subang Jaya
Description :
- Provide “Total Service” to our value customers.
- Propose alternative solution to the superior or customer for discrepancy shipments.
- Constantly identify, suggest and implement improvement measures for the team.
- Support & coordinate closely with PM and Operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Compliance to customer SOP.
- Generate customer reports (if applicable).
- Responsible to update respective clients on the clearance progress.
- Monitor clearance and ensure timely delivery.
- Advising customer on shipment arrival.
- E-mail communication with consignee and also origin on the shipment status.
- To manage the supply chain by facilitating pick-up from origin until delivery to consignee.
- Any other job functions as delegated by his/her superior.
Requirements:
- Must possess Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Business or any equivalent field of studies.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the Import Documentation role within the freight forwarding business.
- Candidate must have knowledge in ocean freight logistic operation process.
- Skills require: Detail-oriented, Time Management, Computer Literature, and proactive in problem solving.
