Responsibilities Project Management

• Support project management on maintaining all quality record to deliverable for the project.
• Prepare all necessary documentation for project approval.
• Monitoring project status and equipment delivery to make sure following project schedule.

Project Execution and deliverable

• Perform on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance of Yokogawa products.
• Handle service and spare parts inquiries, and assist customers with technical details.

Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or software-related issues, both remotely and during site visits.

Customer Support

• Provide timely and effective technical support to customers, ensuring clear and simple explanations of technical details.
• Offer internal support for project engineering, FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) if related.

Reporting

• Document all service activities, repair work, and customer interactions.
• Generate and submit detailed service reports for internal and customer review.

Compliance

• Ensure that all maintenance and service activities meet industry regulations, safety standards, and internal quality guidelines.

Collaboration

• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to provide feedback on equipment performance and address customer requirements.
• Offer insights on equipment enhancements and customer needs for future projects.

Other Activities

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001 standards, along with company policies and procedure

Requirements

• A Degree in Process Control / Electrical / Electronic / Instrumentation / Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or any related field
• Working experience in similar field will be an added advantage
• Knowledge on DCS system / PLC / Process Control Instrumentation / Foundation Field Bus will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Access & AutoCAD is essential
• Able to travel outstation / overseas as and when required
• Self-motivated with initiative and strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
