JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervision and Management:
- Supervise and lead production team members, providing guidance and support.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor their performance.
Production Planning:
- Plan and organize production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, quality control) to ensure smooth production flow.
Quality Control:
- Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
Process Optimization:
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure that all production activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Promote a safe working environment and conduct safety training for staff.
Troubleshooting:
- Address and resolve any issues or problems that arise during production.
- Investigate production problems and implement corrective actions.
Reporting:
- Prepare and submit production reports, including progress, performance, and issues.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities.
Inventory management:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or equivalent in related fields
- 1-3 years experience as Supervisor
- Strong Leadership skills
- Able to communicate well
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
