About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Production Executive who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and coordinating with different departments to achieve production goals. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for optimizing production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement production plans and achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards.
- Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for materials and equipment.
- Identify areas for improvement in production processes and suggest solutions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management in both Mandarin and English.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
