2. Legal Advice: They provide legal advice to clients regarding property transactions, including contracts, mortgages, leases, and titles.

3. Due Diligence: Conducting due diligence on the property to ensure there are no legal issues or liabilities that could affect the transaction. This includes checking property titles, land registry searches, and zoning regulations.

4. Contract Preparation and Review: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for sale or purchase of property. Ensuring all legal aspects are covered and terms are favorable to their client.
