About Trust & Safety
Building a world where people can safely discover, create and connect. The Trust & Safety (T&S) team at TikTok helps ensure that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team's day-to-day activities, including but not limited to scheduling, utilisation, certifications, and quality of training delivery to ensure that policies and processes are being applied accurately and consistently across in-house and partner teams
• Collaborate to define and drive quality standards and execute strategies to consistently maximize training impact and efficiency
• Manage the overall performance and operational aspects of the training team
• Develop our people through coaching around short and long-term goals; provide support around career planning and career growth for the people in our team
• Work with cross-functional partners across Trust & Safety to identify, formulate, and implement scaled training solutions
• Communicate with Trust & Safety department managers to provide information and clarification regarding training programs and other learning initiatives
• Stay on top of training industry trends and best practices, and apply that knowledge in creating and delivering modern training projects
• Recruit and retain top talent

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years of people management experience
• Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills, ability to plan, organize, motivate, and strategize for effective teamwork
• Proven Project/Program Management experience
• Proficiency in English is required, as it will be the working language

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, including effective listening, presentation, intercultural collaboration, and providing feedback
• Knowledge and understanding of adult learning concepts and methods
