Kerja Kosong On site Operation Manager in Puncak Alam
Description :
Responsibilities:
- To manage all the on-site activities including daily site projects, team building, shift operations, labour costs, staff attendances, customer complaints, loss rate, operational safety, safety prevention work and etc.
- To improve processes, procedures and efficiency of on-site operations.
- To manage staff and foster a good relationship between staff and management team.
- To manage training of site reserve personnel and the construction of talent echelon.
- To perform other tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experiences in on-site operations management, especially from logistics/e-commerce field.
- Good in data analysis.
- Results driven.
- Able to work on Saturdays (half-day).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
