Kerja Kosong Learning Development Specialist in Kuala Lumpur
Description :
- Manage learning & development processes and support the execution of talent development initiatives in Asia Pacific
- Manage the systems and databases (e.g. Employee Development Module of Success Factor and ET Web) that support talent development in Asia Pacific and collaborate with the relevant system owners (e.g. HRS) and users (e.g. L&D, BP etc.) to fully leverage the system potential
- Responsible for designing and compiling analytics that support learning & development initiatives in the region by collaborating with relevant owners and HR colleagues
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
- Manage nomination, status change and delisting process of LEADx by collaborating with respective country HR and HRBP
- Develop and maintain documentation related learning & development processes
- Support Employee Development initiatives in Asia Pacific. Keep abreast of the latest development at regional and global level and update HR communities accordingly
- Support the preparation of regional talent forums, from data collection, consolidation, talent profiles update to preparing for presentation and analytics
- Manage and support internal candidate search
- Manage overall learning & development contents in intranet, newsletter or other communication channels issued by HR or Corporate Communications
- Support the implementation of learning & development activities/ projects as needed
- Actively identify areas for improvement to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness. Where necessary set up projects/initiatives and work with relevant parties to make the changes happen
- Support talent development community in Asia Pacific to executive key initiatives and manage the end to end development processes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Social Sciences, Business, HR Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of work experience related to talent management, learning and development or HR
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
