Job Description

  • Perform an attendance check by referring to the attendance system.
  • Manage and track employee clock in - clock out time and attendance data.
  • Assist with recruitment and record maintenance for attendance processing as well as provide clerical support to all employees.
  • Handle new hires' contracts and other related paperwork.
  • Prepare documentation related with new hiring for on-boarding.
  • Handling for new employee profile creation.
  • Update internal databases with new hires’ data (e.g. contact details and bank accounts).
  • Prepare files and forms for new employees, update employment status and help new employees get access to the recourses they need to do their job. HR Assistants sort and update records, dispose of old records properly and contact employees to update their contact information and other key document.

Requirements

  • STPM/ Professional certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/ Graduate Diploma.
  • Proficient in Malay (Spoken & Writing).
  • Preferably has working experience in related field.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
  • Good understanding of HR operations (recruiting, onboarding, training and compensation)

Job Type: Full-time
