Job Responsibilities:
Partner Acquisition:
- Acquire retail stores to sign up as Service Points, offering parcel collection/drop-off services for sellers and buyers.
Sales Target:
- Each agent is provided with a list of targeted locations.
- Agents are required to pitch the program to these target stores or any eligible retail store within a 250m radius.
- Eligible stores must operate at least 5.5 days a week and be open until 6 PM
Process Management:
- Handle the entire process from lead acquisition to contract signing.
- Manage the delivery of POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and onboard new partners.
- Provide training to the new partners.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both Malay and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Confident pitching ability and a driven attitude towards achieving targets.
- Outgoing personality with good negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel for data entry and spreadsheet management.
- SPM level education or higher.
- Knowledge of logistics operations is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
