Description :
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in building construction, with a track record of successfully completed projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination
- Project Execution and Monitoring
- Budget and Cost Management
- Team Leadership and Management
- Quality and Safety Assurance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sibu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Project Management: 3 years (Required)
Language:
- Mandarin (Preferred)
- Bahasa (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Six Sigma (Preferred)
