Felora Darul Aman Sdn Bhd, a well-established florist retail outlet in Alor Setar, is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. If you have a passion for flowers and enjoy helping customers find the perfect bouquet or gift, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and visually appealing.
- Process sales transactions and handle cash or card payments.
- Help with the packaging and preparation of flower arrangements.
- Maintain stock levels and replenish items as needed.
- Assist with inventory management, including checking and receiving deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer queries or issues.
- Promote special offers and new products to customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer interaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia (English is an advantage).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
