Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage all office PCs and peripherals.
- Perform periodic system, application, and data backups.
- Study, recommend, and deploy new application software and solutions for the company.
- Implement security measures in a network environment.
- Conduct training for end-users on office applications.
- Serve as a single point of accountability for all IT-related matters.
- Analyze business needs, design, develop, and implement system solutions.
- Improve existing systems for better data collection and system controls effectiveness.
- Design and develop analysis reports.
- Administer the company’s ERP system.
- Evaluate and deploy new technologies and application software solutions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP application support.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Crystal Report writing, SQL, and Microsoft AX.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting expertise.
- Willing to work during odd hours (if necessary).
- Willing to relocate to Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
