Description :
- Responsible to manage the cash flow of branch petty cash, close daily account and ensure tally of the daily account.
- Manage sales invoice, receipts, cash payment voucher (CPV) and all relevant documentation of daily account to respective department.
- Verify Ctos Application Decisioning (CAD) submission and update the ownership claim details for approved cases.
- Prepare relevant documentation including K1 form, customer photocopy IC and insurance for JPJ registration.
- Record and update for any incoming and outgoing stock.
- Prepare relevant documents including Invoice, Delivery Order, Transfer Note Etc.
- Prepare order request of payment for any purchase and services at branches.
- Responsible to prepare Daily, Weekly and monthly reports to respective departments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
