JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage Gap Closing Progress – Competency Monitoring:
- Monitor current competency of staff
- Identify competency gap of staff
- Discuss and suggest improvements
- Monitor changes in performance
Manage Training Effectiveness – Training & Development Plan:
- Manage training program
Manage Training Effectiveness – Talent Development Execution:
- Prepare training budget for Aafiyat
Manage Training Effectiveness – Leadership Development Plan:
- Compile data for leadership development plan
- Design leadership development draft and follow up for leadership development design
- Embed Leadership Development into the business
- Conduct and access process effectiveness
Manage Training & Development – Training Course:
- Review training course details
- Get approval for training course
- Check with HRDF if training course is claimable
- Book training course
- Ensure the smoothness of the training process
- Prepare report for the training evaluation
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related fields
- 1-3 years experience in related fields
- Fresh graduate are also welcome
- Familiar with HRDCorp / HRDF system
- Proficient using Microsoft System / Application
- Willingness and eager to learn new things
- Can work in a team or individually
Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
