  • Resolve vendor enquiry on trouble ticket, service request, relocation and complaint thru email from customer service
  • Follow up with vendor on compliant until it solved.
  • Required to manage complaint from customer and vendor
  • Managing vendor database for nationwide
  • Assisting vendor renewal on yearly
  • Maintain central region vendor database in CRM, APRM, E-Scheduler and WFM
  • Maintain Nationwide data base.
  • Providing all the necessary support
  • Conclusive and able to achieve the set result
  • Required to assist achieve Installation TAT as required by management and conduct counselling to vendor if required
  • Update campaign code, training material and whatever data related to vendor
  • To continuously update and ensure the completeness, currency and accuracy of all the technical documentation on each system supported. The technical documents include the Operations Manuals, Systems Manual, backup recovery and access control strategies, operations procedures as well as keeping track of all the changes performed on the systems.
REQUIREMENTS: Who you are:
  • Diploma in Electric and Electronic or related field with 1- 3 years of working experience in Pay TV operator.
  • Thorough knowledge of CRM and WFM will be an advantage
  • Knowledge in excel and word are required.
  • Good understanding of the current Internet trends and technologies.
  • Basic understanding of how to manage vendor
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work with all levels of personnel from end users to senior management.
  • Ability to communicate well technically, both oral and written form.
  • Good analytical, logical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity.
