Description :

1Human Resource Responsibilitiesa)Responsible for hire new staffs and wrokers.b)To assist in updating employee profile.c)To prepare memorandum, minutes of meeting and correspondence letter.d)To arrange for FOMEMA check up and permit renewal.e)To plan and implementing training for workers.f)Update FSSC HR task.g)Preparing Staff Confirmation based on procedure.h)Annually do Performance appraisal.i)Access the staff personally .j)Monthly perform inspection at foreign workers hostel.k)Plan for workers internal and external training plan. Admin Responsibilitiesa)To handling and liase with custom matters.b)License renewal and application.c)To help in administration duties when required by management.d)To update and renewal of MPOB documentation via online.e)Annually update workers personal information and emergency contact.f)Dispatch work task.g)Prepare flowchart for every procedure that implemented.h)Assist on FSSC document update.i)Actively participate and contribute to Food Safety and Quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
