Job summary
To ensure high service standards are rendered to the guests and to perform supervisor's tasks in the outlet.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervises his station.
- Takes order and promote special items to guests.
- Responsible for station mise-en-place.
- Assigns side duties to his waiters.
- Responsible for the recommendation and sale of food and beverage.
- Be familiar with the menu and be able to train and guide his subordinates.
- Handles any guest complaints.
- Attends staff meetings/briefing.
- Responsible for billings.
- To ensure that the guest are satisfied.
- Non-Halal Restaurant
