Job Responsibilities :
- Professionally interact with customers via phone/Chat
- To reconnect and reactivate Customers account
- Attend to Customers complaints
Job Requirements :
- For SPM holders our minimum requirements (BM C, BI C, MT D)
- For DIPLOMA holders & above not required SPM results.
- Local Malaysian
- Age below 40
- Fresh grade are encouraged to apply
- Able to speak & write in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Able to start immediately
Working Location :
- Subang Jaya (Connected to KTM & LRT Subang Jaya)
Basic Salary :
- RM2200 - RM3000
Working Days :
- 5 days a week
Attendance Allowance :
- RM200
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
