Kerja Kosong Customer Care cum Logistic Officer in Ipoh
Description :
Key Responsibilities:
- To responsible for customer order processing and input orders into PMS system
- To prepare and issue Do and Invoice
- To prepare production Job Sheet in PMS System for production
- To communicating /answering customer about order status and shipping details in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory data to ensure accurate goods in and out.
What We’re Looking For:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Certificate or Diploma in Logistic/Supplier Chain or any related field.
- Min 1 year of working experience in the same field (Logistics / Supply Chain/ Transportation/Customer Service/Customer Success/Sales/tele-sales) is an added advantage.
- Computer Navigation Skills
- Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced organization.
- Willing to learn.
- Monitor shipments for timely delivery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
