Analyst, Technology Operations
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- The Technology analyst is responsible for performing the operational support, maintenance, and development activities of Mamee’s technology landscape (network, hardware and software).
- Day to day business support of on premise or cloud network infrastructure, hardware and software
- Day to day business support on in-house application and end user computing
- Training and deployment of assigned software
- Perform analysis, design, build, test on assigned change requests
- Maintains a strong understanding of technology and its application to achieve business objectives
- Miscellaneous ad-hoc task
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science and/or equivalent
- Possess strong technical knowledge hardware/software/applications.
- Working experience in IT an added advantage
- Skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions. combined with good analysis skills and ability to quickly learn new concepts and systems.
- Ability to communicate concepts in elegant, concise, eloquent form to management and to cross-functional departments or teams verbally, in writing, and through pictures or diagrams when appropriate
- Working Location: Subang Jaya
- Possess own transport
