Kerja Kosong SITE SUPERVISOR FIT OUT in Perak Tengah
Description :
RESPONSIBILITIES
- On-site coordination and supervision for renovation work
- Monitor and check renovation work progress of contractors, sub-contractors and design consultant
- Monitor and manage timeliness & quality of work
- Ensure on-site renovation works and material complies with local requirements and client’s specifications
- Perform any other related work as and when required (testing and commissioning)
- Perform hands on Fit-Out coordination works with contractors and suppliers
- To manage and monitor project to meet quality, time and budgetary parameters
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a Degree/ Diploma in Interior Design/ Architecture/Building Construction or its equivalent
- At least 3/4 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Candidates with sound working experience specializing in Architecture or Interior designing works would be advantageous
- Strong in 2D and AutoCAD
- Hardworking and 100% integrity
- Posseses own laptop to work
- Owns car as a transport
* Preferred from Penang / Perak
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,548.76 - RM3,000.00 per month
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Site Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
