Job Scopes:
Sales and Customer Service:
- Ensure excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and product selection.
- Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage the store's inventory of sport shoes, ensuring that stock levels are maintained.
- Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with the purchasing department to replenish inventory as needed.
- Implement inventory control measures to reduce losses due to theft or damage.
Visual Merchandising:
- Maintain a visually appealing store layout and display of products to attract customers.
- Arrange and update product displays regularly to showcase new arrivals and promotions.
- Ensure that all products are correctly priced and labeled.
Staff Management:
- Supervise and provide guidance to sales associates and other store staff.
- Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and monitor employee performance.
- Train new staff members on product knowledge and customer service standards.
Financial Management:
- Monitor and manage the store's financial performance, including tracking sales, expenses, and profits.
- Implement cost control measures to optimize the store's financial health.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Coordinate with the marketing department to execute in-store promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Participate in local events and initiatives to promote the store and its products.
Compliance and Security:
- Ensure compliance with all retail regulations and store policies.
- Implement security measures to protect the store's assets and prevent theft.
Reporting:
- Generate and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and store performance to higher management.
- Report staff disciplinary or misconduct issues to HR, handle & resolve according to SOP.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest sport shoe trends, brands, and technologies to provide informed product recommendations to customers.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Retails/Sales
- Mandarin speaker preferred/Chinese applicants.
- Male and Female can apply.
- Willing to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
