Gadek Nursery is a nursery based in Alor Gajah, Melaka offering a wide variety of high-quality plants and gardening supplies. Specializing in ornamental, flowering and fruit-bearing plants, we provide expert advice and products to help homeowners, gardening enthusiasts, and landscapers create beautiful green spaces, and now are currently looking for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for full spectrum of HR and Admin responsibilities.

· Responsible for payroll calculations for all branches.

· Support HR processes such as leave management, payroll coordination and employee engagement activities.

· Foreign workers affairs such as FOMEMA, Immigration etc.

· Responsible for recruitment and selection of new employees.

· Must be able to handle workers disciplinary issues including counselling and issuing of warning letters.

· To be responsible for monitoring and renewal business license and permits.

· To be responsible for monitoring stationary, staff uniform, office equipment maintenance.

· Checking on cleanliness, staff issues, misconduct etc.

· Ensure all the statutory payments made on time.

· Responsible in all KPIs staff and submitted to management monthly.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Candidates need to pursue at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the related field is required.
  • Gender : Prefer female, Age (20-30+) years old, with strong and firm character.
  • Strong problem solving skills and have good command in both spoken and written in Bahasa and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
  • Must possess driving license and own transport.
  • Ability to work as a team.
