Description :

  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing schedules, and handling correspondence.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation both digitally and physically.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Customer Service: Assist clients and visitors with inquiries, providing information and directing them to appropriate personnel.
  • Office Management: Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a functional and organized workspace.
  • Data Entry: Input and maintain data in various systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations as needed, using software tools to create clear and visually appealing materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
