Job Description

Just as our customers find value in ViTrox products and services, the Finance group finds value for both ViTrox and its shareholders. As part of this group, you'll play an integral role in ensuring our day-to-day financial health and providing insightful cost analysis to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and coordinate all costing activities to ensure accurate cost information is maintained
• Coordinate inventory count activities and prepare monthly inventory reporting
• Ensure accurate product costing and reconciliation of stock balances with the General Ledger
• Analyze costing variances, highlight areas of concern, and work with other teams to address any costing and inventory challenges
• Involve in annual budgeting exercise, and prepare actual-versus-budget analysis

Key Qualifications

• Background in Accounting, Accountancy, or any relevant studies
• Member of ACCA / MIA / CIMA / or any equivalent professional accounting body is a plus
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
