Description :
Basic Function
Test samples of raw materials, production, and customer shipments to verify quality. Document and communicate results to appropriate personnel.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine product analysis as assigned by more experienced Lab Technician / Supervisor / Manager and may assist in more complex analysis.
- Follow instructions and checklists to operate and calibrate basic laboratory equipment and apparatus.
- Perform routine maintenance on the laboratory instruments, equipment and work area.
- Provide support in analyzing and collecting data for product investigations.
- Record results in computer based data retention system.
- Perform calculations, and prepare simple technical reports, including conclusions and recommendations.
- Provide administrative assistance as requested.
- Work in accordance with all relevant requirements and internal safety guidelines.
- Provide support to team members as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification
- SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Science stream background
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity to operate various tests on basic and complex lab equipment is essential.
- Excellent computer and software skills in word processing and excel spreadsheet applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
