Job Description:
- Understand the fundamentals of performance management, the company's objectives, and the role of HR in driving employee performance.
- Support the HR Manager in implementing procedures that enhance employee performance.
- Gathering and assessing data to identify performance issues and development barriers.
- Identify workplace issues and recommend solutions to overcome barriers to employee performance.
- Review and do 1-2 improvements on the performance management process.
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain reports for Income Tax, EPF, and Socso.
- Keep up-to-date with Malaysia Labor laws, HR laws and regulations, and make sure the company is in compliance at all times.
- Assist in various HR operations functions.
- Support HR initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Good problem-solving with the ability to think creatively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Good integrity.
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM600.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
