What you’ll be doing
- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficiency of the office operations.
- Assist in a variety of administrative tasks associated with project team management to ensure the seamless execution of projects.
- Establish and maintain an orderly filing system for all project-related correspondence and documents, ensuring easy retrieval and organization.
- Ensure consistent follow-up on payment, project processto process and record documents in a timely manner, by email or phone messages or calls.
- Coordinate the arrangement of agreements for signing and compile necessary documentation.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficiency of the office operations.
- Accurately record and document discussions and decisions made during project meetings in meeting minutes.
- Undertake additional ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors such as site visits, marketing activities, etc.
What you will bring along :
- Hold at least a Diploma in a relevant field.
- Demonstrate proficient interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Excel Certificate and/or PowerPoint is an added advantage.
- Must have personal transportation and willing to travel (if required).
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
