ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support and sales coordination to the admin and sales team ensuring effective delivery of a full range of support functions including but not limited to issuance of purchase orders, manage order processing, monitor shipment to ensure prompt delivery of products to customers, coordinate appointments and general correspondences.
  • Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team.
  • Manage sales pipeline according to the sales pipeline management process.
  • Manages store orders from initial allocation through end of life cycle of merchandise, including replenishment and consolidation of goods to other stores or channels.
  • Manages the overall store inventory with direction from retail planning & buying team based on store capacity, seasonality, and selling curves.
  • Develops reports and analysis templates to support allocation and planning team.
  • Recommends changes and/or enhancements to the current procedures and systems for the allocation and replenishment functions.
  • Reviews inventory levels and store rankings by division, and develop strategies to optimize inventory with new receipts, transfers, and consolidations. Manages basic stock replenishment.
  • Partner with the sales, logistics, and retail teams to assure the proper merchandise assortment for stores with optimal inventory levels

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably at least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Must possess own transportation and willing to travel outstation.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills; strong aptitude with numbers.
  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively with flexibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

RM2,500 – RM3,500 (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification) + Attractive Sales Incentive

WORKING HOUR:

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
