Job Description:
- Maintain a welcoming and well-presented front-house environment .
- Supervise, train and mentor FOH staff to uphold service standards.
- Prepare a staff schedule to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for improvement.
- Ensure smooth operations and coordination of workflow.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Front of House Manager or any similar leadership role,
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must have a bachelor's degree and above are preferable.
