Job Description:
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues promptly.
- Train, motivate and supervise front-of-house staff including servers, hosts and bartenders.
- Ensure smooth service flow, managing reservations, seating and guest flow.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and organization of dining area.
- Provide assistance to the kitchen when needed to support overall operational requirements.
Requirements:
- Must have a bachelor's degree and above are preferable.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operation and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility in the working house, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
