Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling administrative tasks efficiently, and must be able to drive.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations
- Organize meetings and take detailed minutes
- Handle correspondence and communication
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Drive to various locations as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Additional Skills (preferred):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Familiarity with project management software
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
