Kerja Kosong BILLING CLERK in Kuching

Description :

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create and issue invoices to customers.
  • Prepare account statements for customers.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and answer customer queries.
  • Monitor all payments and prepare monthly billing reports.
  • Manage account balances and resolve inconsistencies.
  • Assist the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.
  • Update accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.

Requirements.

  • Minimum Certificate / Diploma
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
  • Possess billing or accounting knowledge would be an added advantage
  • Salary will be commensurate with experience.
  • A team player with good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
