Description :
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create and issue invoices to customers.
- Prepare account statements for customers.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and answer customer queries.
- Monitor all payments and prepare monthly billing reports.
- Manage account balances and resolve inconsistencies.
- Assist the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.
- Update accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.
Requirements.
- Minimum Certificate / Diploma
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
- Possess billing or accounting knowledge would be an added advantage
- Salary will be commensurate with experience.
- A team player with good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, spoken and written.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
